Exacly What I Wanted!

I have been needing and wanting a certain type of shoe for a few years now. My needs were very specific and it looked impossible. Then I saw them on the Bouchard site. But how could I be sure they would fit? They are needed for my upcoming trip which is very soon and not a lot of time for fooling around with returns. A kind and knowledgeable man named John got on the phone with me and spent lots of time as we figured out the correct size for me. He was very patient and he knew his business. I can't tell you how relieved and pleased I was when 2 perfect pair (in different colors as I wanted) showed up on my doorstep. It solved everything and they perform, fit and can be cleaned up exactly as I wanted. Thank you John and thank you Bouchards!!!
